Neuromuscular Therapy

 Neuromuscular Therapy is a form of deep tissue massage in which pressure and friction are used to release areas of strain in the muscle. These areas of strain are called tender or trigger points and are the cause of muscular pain symptoms.


NMT is used to treat many different soft tissue problems such as carpal tunnel, sciatica-like symptoms, headaches, knee pain, lower and upper back pain.

The heat warms and relaxes the muscles which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure. It is suited for people who tend to feel chilly or have cold feet. It is also for people who have muscle tension but prefer a lighter massage.



Reflexology is a spa treatment where the therapist works on \"reflex points\" on your feet, hands, and head (especially ears). CST is used to loosed and release restrictions or blockages in the body that can contribute to pain and dysfunction. Removing such blockages improves the functioning of the central nervous system and the body as a whole. It is deeply relaxing and is particularly helpful for headaches, neck tension and TMJ.
